THE LAYS AND THE TRAFFIC

We’re having ‘bed weather’ here in Davao, but was left with no choice but brave the rain this morning to buy a Girl’s Scout sash for my daughter, luckily it was in stock not like the last time that I could almost cry at the GSP office for unavailability of these GSP stuff. Anyway, it poured hard when I got out of the office, I had to do some alibi and buy something at a nearby grocery store to dodge out of the rain, for some reasons I felt like ‘sodiumized’ my system so I picked a big bag of Lays and paid it out.

There are close to 6 thousand taxis here in Davao but when you look for one you can’t find one, so, riding the jeepney is the best option I had – getting around Davao with your sedan on this type of weather is not a good idea, gracious heavens, when can amphibious sedans be invented I’ll buy a dozen of those, seriously, grabe ang baha!

Anyway, call it another one of my lucky days I got home safely in 1 hour and 5 minutes for a supposed to be 20 minute-jeepney ride home – thanks to DPWH who is making every motorists life a shit when you pass by R. Castillo and Agdao junction – praying for the speedy realization of ‘Government Project, Do Not Delay’.

When I got home, I actually didn’t realize I devoured almost all the chips while on the road, I had little left for photo opp, hahaha.
