I think we’re ready for school …

After about three months of taking life easy, we’re back to school on Wednesday next week. But by the feel of it, it’s not the kids that aren’t ready, it’s the mom that is, lol. Seriously, waking up early in the morning is what I hate the most that’s why I have all my classes scheduled at night. But this school year, my patience will be tested, all of my three kids are going to two different schools and I’m crossing all my carpals here hoping everything will work out just fine.

We’ve bought everything that’s needed for school, all stuff come in a random brand depending on the quality and the wants of my kids. Thing with school supplies there are new stuff coming out every time and just a thought – why the deteriorating quality of these stuff so obvious? Pencils for example, sometimes you don’t know what’s quality and what’s the fake ones, they all look exactly the same – and before you know it – leads are breaking from tip to bottom hence replacing it again with new ones. This isn’t the only case, there are aplenty of them, watch closely your garbage bins. It’s such a pain, seriously.

In this era of massive consumerism, it’ll be a heroic act if manufacturers would tell you what’s the real stuff their products are made of.

I so agree with this, especially when its too expensive then later we just found out that it is not with quality because it is fake! I guess imitations don’t imitate only the image but the price as well. Geez! Mie, have added all your blogs to my blog little world of fun. Hehehe.

They make fake pencils now? I mean like fake monggols? Grabe naman yun! I’m actually very wary when buying school supplies in Divisoria. It’s really hard to see what’s the better quality. In the long run, you may even have to spend more than if you bought it in SM or other department stores. =(
