I long been hearing about this malunggay power food supplement from my friends, but everytime I go and find one at the grocery, I can’t find one. But this Sunday, I finally spotted some, it comes in sachet and tetra convenient packs but I picked this as it comes more convenient as it’s already placed in a shaker.

You may ask, why not just pluck a branch and soup it off, I would take that idea if I’ll just be eating it alone but with kids, that won’t work, they might get a sip of your malunggay soup today, but I’m not sure tomorrow, kids easily get bored with same food preparation so it’s a moms challenge, chincha, to strategize in the preparation just to let them eat, but of course it would always be nutritious, this is a part of mamahood that I’d always pray, Lord, please make all kids eat voraciously, this will save all moms sanity.
Anyway, I can’t be sure about what rate is my food creation creativity, but with this food supplement I can at least be assured that no matter what I prepare it has healthful value.
Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera) is widely known for its unparalleled nutritional worth, per this supplement package label, it has ½ times the vitamin C in oranges, 10 times the Vitamin A in carrot, 15 times the Potassium in Banana, 17 times the Calcium in milk and 25 times the Iron in spinach.

The powder looks like this, you can sprinkle it like a pepper and doesn’t change the food taste at all, so it’s alright, but the downside is that … soups would turn green, or anything wet when sprinkled can muddle up like Fiona’s face, so if you’re preparing food with this, be sure also to pack up lots of stories that are green … keke.
